The founder and owner of this organization, Mr. Abbas Karimi Sebdani (PhD candidate in Artificial Intelligence), began his activities in 2002 with the development and release of the first hydrostatic pressure and burst testing software, entering the field of laboratory equipment manufacturing for the polymer industry. Over time, drawing on extensive expertise in electronic hardware design, microcontroller systems, computer-based control systems, as well as computer and embedded software and firmware development, and leveraging machine learning (artificial intelligence) capabilities, he expanded and diversified the company’s product portfolio for polymer manufacturing plants.

From the outset, our mission has been the knowledge-based development of laboratory equipment, polymer industry machinery, and specialized software solutions. Over the years, supported by highly skilled personnel, experienced engineers, and dedicated technicians, we have successfully designed, manufactured, and in some cases imported a wide range of equipment and machinery required by the polymer industry—particularly instruments used in polymer testing and quality control laboratories.

A significant portion of our products in previous years was supplied to the market on an OEM basis under the brand names of other companies. Even today, many manufacturers and suppliers in this sector use products produced or imported by this company under their own private labels.

Since 2020, this organization has introduced its products to the market under its independent IPL brand, taking an important step toward strengthening its identity and position in Iran’s polymer equipment industry.
